Reserved Matters Application

L&Q are preparing a Reserved Matters Application. This application will detail the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for the new homes.

The proposed development includes:

  • 450 homes comprising of a mix of one to five bedroom homes
  • 40% affordable housing provision (180 homes in total) compromising 15% Shared Ownership and 25% Social and Affordable Rent

  • Carefully designed character areas, reflecting the local vernacular of Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa
  • A mix of single storey to four storey development, with a majority of two and three storey houses
  • Resident and visitor parking
  • Two vehicle accesses, one from Gallows Hill and one from Europa Way
  • Pedestrian and cycle links

  • Retention and enhancement of attractive key view towards Warwick Castle
